We're on a mission to fix the recruitment and retention crisis in social care.

We believe that there is no greater responsibility than caring for others. Care workers have the most important job in the world. We are harnessing the power of AI and technology to build a system that gives them the respect they deserve.

We regularly write and speak on care sector system reform. We have given over 30 talks on sponsorship, recruitment and broader system reform. We have advocated for the care sector in this way to Government Ministers and public bodies alike.
